This site is an introduction to APPI, Japan, set up by the private owner of APPI Grand Villa. This site is unofficial. This site was established by the guest room owner of Villa 2, who has had a thorough knowledge of the area since he purchased the newly built Abe Grand Villa 2 at the time of the development of the Abe Kogen Plateau in 1986.
