Enjoying the inconvenience of a villa and interacting with nature

Villa 2 It is very rare to see hotel staff at the front desk or entrance. (Please check-in at Villa 3: ANA Holiday Inn Resort APPI Hills Main Building).
I have been using the resort for 3-4 days a month to do paperwork, to get some time to think about something out of nothing, and to enjoy nature and health. Please use the free shuttle bus service (relatively frequent in winter) between facilities within the APPI Kogen area.

In spring, summer, and fall, we recommend renting a car in front of Morioka Station (Station Rent-a-Car (with JR and set discount), Nissan Rent-a-Car, and Orix Rent-a-Car).

Rooms change into living room and bedroom.

In addition to two sets of beds, a large table, and two chairs, the room comes standard with a sofa bed, refrigerator, indirect lighting, paintings, and a woman-friendly mirror. Variation: The beds in the room are flip-up and can be stored on the wall without the need for arm strength. When storing the bed on the wall, you can take the bedspread and upper bedding and place them in the wall storage as well. The bed legs can be folded down to create a spacious room without a bed.

Villa Concept(Differences from hotels)

There is no reception or anything in villas 1 and 2. (Check in and out is at Villa 3). There is no restaurant. This makes it a quiet “home away from home” without the crowds of groups. Also, since our rooms are on the first floor, you can go to your room as soon as you enter, and when skiing, you can go directly to the slopes from the first floor.

Special Room Features Location

Quiet - Although the room is on the first floor, it is practically 1.5 stories high, so you don't have to worry about people coming and going outside. There is no elevator and the ski lockers are located at the end of the first floor, so you don't have to worry about the crowds of people coming and going.

This room is also equipped with a tower-type cooling air conditioner with more than 10 fan levels to choose from.
In winter, the room is gently warmed by double sashes and a heated panel heater.

Nothing - There is no extension line. However, internet access is available. If you want to go to the main hotel building or hot springs during winter, please use the shuttle bus

Please be careful with the bed legs in your room. The legs of the beds in our guestrooms are covered with a yellow protective material to prevent your toes from touching the beds, which can be very painful.
